Problem: The target computer is not joined to the domain.
Possible Solution 1: If the Sysprep.inf file contains both JoinDomain and JoinWorkgroup entries, the first one encountered takes precedence.
Possible Solution 2: Verify that the specified credentials have sufficient rights to join computers to the domain.
